The only new story that I can remember from Joe's time on stage is when he talked about reading with Jason at the casting call for Ronon.  He said there were two actors who were called for the final audition.  One was a very serious, dramatic type (Joe gave a sort of William Shatner-like impression), and then there was Jason, who came in with ripped clothes and didn't seem to know his lines.  Joe said that the network guys were favoring the serious, dramatic guy, but he and Brad talked them into going with Jason.  But he also said, without really explaining it, that Jason thought Joe had sabotaged his audition and still thinks that, to this day.

I thought Joe was definitely more relaxed than last year.  He seemed to be genuinely having fun.

Wonderful story! Thank you for sharing Joe's side of it - Jason told me his side in Bedford....they are such boys :)
