Greater Vancouver Stargate Meetup

We had another meetup today.  It went really well.  There were 8 of us (6 female, two males), and we watched "The Shrine" and "Vegas".  Good conversation and a pleasant atmosphere.  Four of us have tickets to go to the Creation Con, and another two may go and hang out around the hotel that weekend.  
shaddyr has promised to sing for us at our next meeting, in March.

Oh, you won't be disappointed by Shaddyr! Her voice is so puuuuurdy! I'll see if I can make the next months, but yeah, weekends = no good for me usually. But we'll see. :)

We are going to have a weekday meeting on April 1st or 2nd, in honor of the big Creation Con. Are you guys going to come hang out for some of that? It would be great to see you.

Guess that will be a "no" because of the Emerald City Comicon with Jewel Staite! Maybe that is why Jewel isn't going to be at Creation Con.

Yes, but Jewel is on the 4th and 5th... The meeting is the 1st or 2nd... Really, what it'll come down to is monetary funds and whether or not I've got my ID. LoL
